Glaucoma is an eye disease that damages the optic nerve. It results in peripheral vision loss and if left untreated, results in tunnel vision. Primary Care Optometry is equipped with all the necessary tools to diagnose, treat, and manage glaucoma. Drs. Cloarec and Hebert are trained to both diagnose and treat the condition. When a patient has advanced glaucoma or unstable disease for which medical and laser options have been exhausted, he or she will be referred to a glaucoma specialist for consideration of filtration surgery.
